1. Refund Eligibility
Sales of all phyiscal products and online programs and services are final upon purchase. To be eligible for a refund for our inperson programs, you must request a refund within 7 days of purchase of the program. Refund amount on the eligible products or services are subject to management's discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Sales of all phyiscal products and online programs and services are final upon purchase. Sales of all eligible services are final and non-refudable if the patient is on the program for at least 30 days from the day of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
All cancellation and/or refund requests must be made in-person in our office or by phone at 210-664-7777.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 weeks.
5. Exchanges
No product or services are exchangable.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges included at the time of pruchage of any prodct or service will not be non-refundable. If a prodcut or service is returned/ refunded, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
